Ela was born in April 1988, in the Polish city of Kraków.

At the age of 5, she drew her first picture, following which she was put forward for extra art classes and extra-curricular lessons to further develop her artistic talent.

After years of following different career paths, she returned to painting to follow in her Grandad's footsteps.

Ella never had a chance to meet him, but he was a skilled portrait painter and luthier from a small village near Kraków.

Her parents say that her natural artistic talent and creative ability stem from him.

Within her realism artwork, her favourite media are acrylic and oil on canvas.

Her style is notable for its cheerful and vibrant use of colour blended with an incredible level of detail.
